Terms of service

These terms are between you and AmplifyX Tech (OPC) Pvt Ltd, D-106, Jankipuram Garden, Lucknow 226021, Uttar Pradesh, India, which runs AI Filmmakers Guide. By buying the course or the membership, you agree to them.

What you buy

The course is a one-time purchase. It gives you personal access to every lesson, template and future update for as long as we run it. If we ever stop running the course, we will tell you by email in advance.

Your login is for you. Don't share it, and don't resell or republish the lessons or templates.

Credits

Generation credits that come with the course or the membership are for making course projects. They have no cash value and can't be transferred. The course shows how many you get and which tools they work on.

The membership

The membership is billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for. We don't refund part of a month.

The guarantee

If you do the Week 1 and Week 2 lessons, use the shot list template, submit what you made within 30 days of buying, and still couldn't get to a finished film, email us and we will refund the course in full. The guarantee covers the course, not membership months.

Your work

You own the films you make. We show a film on the results page only if you agree. The AI tools you use have their own terms, and you need to follow them.

Don't use what you learn here to make content that is illegal, or that shows a real person without their consent.

No income promise

The course teaches a skill. We do not promise that you will earn money, get clients or win briefs. That depends on your work.

Liability

If something goes wrong on our side, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Lucknow have jurisdiction.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page and email you if the change affects what you bought.
